Max
Parent of MaxThank you so much for taking time out to speak with me yesterday, your advice over the past month has been invaluable to us as a family:
“It’s the small subtle little changes throughout our daily routines as a family that have made the biggest impact for Max and ourselves as parents, in such a short space of time we have seen improvements in Max especially around his sensory issues with food, we are only at the beginning of journey with our child but I can’t thank Chris enough for her support”
Susie's two boys
SusieChris helped me with my 2 boys sleep (age 10 months and age 2). It instantly felt like a world of knowledge tapping into so many different areas such as nutrition and feeding times etc. Chris very quickly helped me learn that it’s a jigsaw and if just one piece is out then it can throw off their sleep. She expertly navigates you through the possible issue areas and professionally guides you in what to do. You think you know everything but it can be the smallest of things that you are doing that you are not even aware of! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Chris’ services to anyone. She was brilliant.
Nikki and Max
Nikki“I contacted Chris at the end of July about my son Max who is 13.
Max has autism and was really struggling to settle to sleep – often not going to sleep until 3 or 4 am. This was having a huge impact on his concentration and school work; he even fell asleep a couple of times at school. His mental health was suffering as was my own health. We had tried medication in the past which didn’t work.
Chris spent a couple of hours talking to me about Max and the difficulties he was having and made lots of practical suggestions. Chris put together a package of resources for Max which arrived through the post to help him understand the changes she had recommended.
Max was a little hesitant at first when he read the information Chris had sent but using his resources, he settled into his new routine quite quickly.
In only 4 weeks his sleep is vastly better, he is now settling to sleep 3 or 4 hours earlier, he is more relaxed and balanced. I can really see the difference it is making to him.
I honestly don’t think we could have done this without Chris’s help and resources. Max is much brighter and seems happier in himself which makes me a very happy mum”.
