Sleep difficulties: Taking hours to settle to sleep and night waking.Referred: November 2024
Discharged: February 2025
“You’ve been brilliant, explained everything really well and listened to everything I had to say and took it onboard and worked with every point in detail and tailored everything to him and our situation really well, wasn’t judgemental with any issues we have and was really understanding. Great knowledge on what you do and it’s clear how passionate and how much you care about what you do,….. the follow up and even now still wanting to see how we get on with everything. Really quick with sorting everything how fast you made and shipped his pack was really good honestly thank you can’t fault anything.”

Sleep difficulties: Prolonged bedtime routine, settling to sleep and night waking.Referred: December 2024
Discharged: March 2025
“Chris has been absolutely amazing to work with. Chris has heaps of experience, particularly related to autism, and really gets the issues more than any other professional we have worked with. She took the time to fully understand our child’s experiences and our experiences as parents, looking at the whole picture affecting sleep. She’s warm, funny and down to earth and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. She guided us step by step to get from where we were (sleeping in the same room, waking up to every 20 minutes, extremely long and arduous bedtimes) to where we are now, 3 months later (sleeping in separate rooms, some nights sleeping all the way through, bedtimes are much shorter, easier and generally free of drama). She created super helpful resources and has been on hand for any trouble shooting when we needed her support. Having lived with poor sleep for over three and a half years, we did not think it would be possible for things to change, but our situation has been transformed in a very short time. Thank you so much, Chris for turning this around for us.”

Parent of Eric, aged 3
Sleep difficulties: settling to sleep, night waking, smearing and early morning wakingReferred: December 2024
Discharged: March 2025
“Chris helped us with our son Eric who was waking up early, struggling to go to sleep at night and also waking up in the middle of the night for sometimes up to four hours. We were awaiting an autism diagnosis for Eric so we needed specific help and understanding for his additional needs. With Chris’ guidance, we have built a routine for Eric which has helped him and us navigate bedtime and sleep a lot better. Eric’s sleep has vastly improved and although he does still have some disturbed nights, we now know how to navigate these in the right way. Chris went above and beyond to help us as parents of an autistic child and her passion to help children like Eric shone throughout. We feel a lot more prepared for the challenges that lie ahead, and we can’t thank her enough.”

“Sleep and Therapy Services has been fantastic for my daughter. Chris did a detailed introductory and planning session and listened with care. My daughter then absolutely loved all the personalised sleep instructions sent to her. Her favourite thing was the letter addressed to her highlighting the importance of sleep. The additional equipment and advice suggested also helped and at the follow up session, we discussed how enthusiastic my daughter has been about sleep since this programme started. Thanks Chris! I would highly recommend this service.”
Max
Parent of Max“Thank you so much for taking time out to speak with me yesterday, your advice over the past month has been invaluable to us as a family:
It’s the small subtle little changes throughout our daily routines as a family that have made the biggest impact for Max and ourselves as parents, in such a short space of time we have seen improvements in Max especially around his sensory issues with food, we are only at the beginning of journey with our child but I can’t thank Chris enough for her support”

Susie's two boys
Susie“Chris helped me with my 2 boys sleep (age 10 months and age 2). It instantly felt like a world of knowledge tapping into so many different areas such as nutrition and feeding times etc. Chris very quickly helped me learn that it’s a jigsaw and if just one piece is out then it can throw off their sleep. She expertly navigates you through the possible issue areas and professionally guides you in what to do. You think you know everything but it can be the smallest of things that you are doing that you are not even aware of! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Chris’ services to anyone. She was brilliant. “

Nikki and Max
Nikki“I contacted Chris at the end of July about my son Max who is 13.
Max has autism and was really struggling to settle to sleep – often not going to sleep until 3 or 4 am. This was having a huge impact on his concentration and school work; he even fell asleep a couple of times at school. His mental health was suffering as was my own health. We had tried medication in the past which didn’t work.
Chris spent a couple of hours talking to me about Max and the difficulties he was having and made lots of practical suggestions. Chris put together a package of resources for Max which arrived through the post to help him understand the changes she had recommended.
Max was a little hesitant at first when he read the information Chris had sent but using his resources, he settled into his new routine quite quickly.
In only 4 weeks his sleep is vastly better, he is now settling to sleep 3 or 4 hours earlier, he is more relaxed and balanced. I can really see the difference it is making to him.
I honestly don’t think we could have done this without Chris’s help and resources. Max is much brighter and seems happier in himself which makes me a very happy mum.”
