42nd Street is an innovative Greater Manchester young people’s mental health charity with 40 years’ experience of providing free and confidential services to young people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Working with young perople who feels they would like some support around substance use. Referrals are usually responded to within 24 hours. Advocacy Workers work with young people to gain a greater understanding of their needs and identify the support the young person may require. Early Break is a person-centred organisation which means the young person is always at the centre of the decision making process.

Place2Be is a children and young people’s mental health charity with almost 30 years’ experience working with pupils, families and staff in UK schools.
We provide mental health support in schools through one-to-one and group counselling using tried and tested methods backed by research. In addition, we also offer expert training and professional qualifications.

Salford Foundation: Engage Trafford
We work with young people aged 8-18 (up to 25 if SEND), who reside in the borough of Trafford and provide support to those identified as: expressing low aspirations for their future, defined as being NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), struggle managing their anger, participating in negative and/or risk-taking behaviours, and expressing challenging behaviours at home and/or in school or college. Mentoring sessions are arranged weekly and are on average 1 hour in length, with the time young people spend on programme varying between 8-16 weeks (8-16 sessions). Most young people accessing the service receive 12 weeks worth of support (12 sessions).

Shout is a free, confidential and 24/7 text messaging service for anyone in the UK who needs support.
Talkshop is an advice, support and information centre for young people aged 11 to 19 (up to 25 with additional needs or care leavers).
The Talkshop offer a confidential service. This enables us to offer a safe and non-judgemental environment for young people to seek the help they need.
